What is coworking?
Coworking is an arrangement in which workers of different companies share an office space, allowing cost savings and convenience through the use of common infrastructure, such as equipment, utilities, and receptionist and custodial services, and in some cases refreshments and parcel acceptance services.
What is the difference between Hot Desk and Fixed Desk?
Hot Desk is a flexible membership plan where you can sit on any desk to complete your work but do not have any permanent place to call your own. On the other hand, a Fixed Desk allows you to have a desk of your own on a permanent basis.
Do you have private offices?
Yes. If you have a business that requires privacy, such as a legal firm or a real estate agency, then we have the perfect solution for you. We have five full equipped private offices ready to use.
Do I need to sign a long term agreement?
We do not require long term agreements for coworking memberships. Nevertheless, We do require midterm and long term agreements for private offices.
